Redwood Acquires Newly Constructed Reserve at Collier Hills in Atlanta

Chicago, IL, December 19, 2014 – Redwood Capital Group, LLC, a Chicago-based multi-family investment firm, is pleased announced the recent acquisition of Reserve at Collier Hills, a 288-unit apartment complex in Atlanta, GA.

Redwood, headed by partners David Carlson and Mark Isaacson, owns and operates 29 properties totaling almost 10,000 units in multiple markets throughout the Midwest, Southeast and Southwest. The firm anticipates closing approximately $200 Million in total acquisitions in 2015.

Reserve at Collier Hills, located at 1185 Collier Road in Atlanta, GA was built in 2014 and is situated on 8.99 acres. The property consists of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments averaging 918 square feet. As a brand new property, Reserve was built with the highest quality finishes and architecturally stunning details that differentiate it from other properties within the prestigious Buckhead submarket. Long-term, Redwood plans on updating unit interiors and amenity features in 3 to 4 years since nothing is pressing at this time.
